These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mn999 website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, and any other gaming products offered through the mn999 platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and mn999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any part of the mn999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to the player's BDT wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. mn999 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
• mn999 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any deposit if there is reason to suspect that the payment method does not belong to the account holder.
• Funds deposited into the mn999 account may not be transferred to other players and are for use on the mn999 platform only.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If bKash was used to deposit, the withdrawal will be sent to the same bKash number.
• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• mn999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional terms.
• There are no platform-side fees on withdrawals for Bangladesh players. However, the payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside mn999's control.

mn999 offers bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household and one account per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in all bonuses being forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms. Where not specified, a standard rollover applies.
• mn999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify players who it reasonably believes are abusing promotional conditions. The platform's decision on bonus eligibility and forfeiture is final.
• Cash deposits are not subject to wagering requirements. Only bonus-derived funds carry rollover conditions.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

Players who have opted into a self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or use any bonuses or promotional offers during the self-exclusion period. This restriction is applied automatically by the system.

mn999 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Any evidence of criminal conduct identified during account reviews will be passed to the relevant authorities.

All content on the mn999 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of mn999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any mn999 platform content without prior written permission.

The mn999 brand name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of mn999. Unauthorised use of any mn999 trademark, including in any domain name, social media handle, or advertising material, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mn999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mn999 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

mn999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, and third-party service disruptions may occur. mn999 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

mn999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where the urgency of the situation requires it:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or any activity that poses a risk to mn999 or other players.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance net of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

mn999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mn999 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect, by email or by a prominent notice on the platform.

The most current version of these Terms is always the version displayed on the mn999 platform. If you continue to use mn999 services after an amendment takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. mn999 operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh.
